Look out for whales (seasonal), turtles, tusk fish, cuttlefish, morays, barracudas, unicorn fish, surgeonfish, angelfish, starfish, feather stars and an incredible range of soft corals, hard corals, nudibranchs and flatworms, to name but a few.

Getting There
Fantasea’s guests travel to and from Reefworld on a luxury, high-speed, air-conditioned catamaran that provides smooth, comfortable passage. Our vessels depart daily from Shute Harbour via Hamilton Island with courtesy coach connections from mainland Airlie Beach and Hamilton Island accommodation. Passengers may also choose the option of a helicopter ride back to Hamilton Island.
During your trip to Reefworld, keep a look out for migrating whales from June to September. Dolphins and turtles are frequently spotted throughout the year.
