“Way to travel”

Travel by ferry from Ettalong to Palm Beach is charming, especially if you don’t get to experience waterways like this.Use the bus (Opal Card) to get around.

“Ettalong to Palm Beach ferry service”

We took the opportunity to enjoy the water experiences offered by Fantasea. We caught the ferry at Wagstaffe, which is a lovely quiet spot on the Box Head peninsular. We had a great ride via Booker Bay Wharf as Ettalong wharf was being “improved”. Palm Beach was warm and relaxed on a sunny winter’s day.

“A breath of fresh air!”

A great way to add another dimension to the Northern Beaches. Took the Ettalong ferry over the Hawkesbury River, dog and bike friendly, clean and comfy, value at $11return. A nice blast of sea air and worth a visit to the Paranga?pub. Just do it.

Migaloo as the star!

Thanks again for the terrific whale cruise yesterday, with Migaloo as the star. It was unforgettable! I mentioned the work being done with dogs to locate whale droppings. This could be fun for your customers to hear about along with the breath sampling by drones.

An evening on Joy Bar!

My friends and I went on Joybar for an evening of wine and chocolate tasting. It was wonderful! The staff were attentive, approachable and were constantly making sure you were having a great time! We tried 3 different wines and chocolates to match each one. It was really well done. As if wine tasting wasn’t enough you are also cruising around the famous Sydney Harbour at dusk seeing all the famous sights up close and personal! It was a great evening and perfect for group friends!

“A Harbour History Lesson With Syd D”

My partner and I were on a short weekend away from South Australia and wanted to get over to Taronga Zoo – a Water Taxi seemed the way to do it and were we lucky to get to ride with Syd? You bet. From Darling Harbour Syd gave us some insider knowledge on the naval vessels, history of the rocks, SH bridge, Kirribilli house and more. Entry to Taronga was part of our taxi fare – it was great. Thanks again Syd!

Wonderful Whale watching

We went on a whale watching cruise with Fantasea. The boat was big and new and the crew friendly and well informed. The crew included two marine biologists. We were lucky that we saw a lot of whales. My only regret was that the time passed too quickly. Could have stayed out at sea watching the whales for many more hours.

NYE 2016/2017 9pm Fireworks

The entire team at Fantasea Crusing did an absolutely fantastic job before, during and after the cruise. Professional and organised, the team was also very compassionate and accommodating to the special needs of my family. Special thanks to Alexia for taking care of us and the crew on board for doing a great job during the spectacular fireworks show. A fabulous night to remember, thank you!

Best Harbour Trip with Your Fabulous Staff

Just went on the best harbour trip with your fabulous staff, Adam and Holly on the Shopper Hopper, they were so friendly and personable. Would definitely go again but only if these two are on duty

Fantastic Vivid Cruise.

This cruise exceeded my expectations. I have to use a forearm crutch to walk and balance and The crew were fantastic in assisting me with boarding and moving around the boat to be able to see the best of the “Vivid” light show. Not only did they help, but they did so in a friendly manner. Top marks to all, you made my Sydney Harbour cruise the highlight of my stay.

Great Harbour Tour!

We got the last water taxi tour on the new years day bank holiday which was 45 minutes long and had a great time despite the weather. The guide was very knowledgeable of the area and the sites we saw.

Great Cruise into Sydney!!!

This was the final leg of the Blue Mountains tour by Grey lines. The cruise was nice and so relaxing after a day of sight seeing west of Sydney. The drinks were great and I got some great pictures along the way. It ended at night and afforded a great view of the Harbor area upon arrival

Whale Watching- Most Fabulous Experience.

Most fabulous experience. Saw humpback whales doing the back flip. Amazing peaceful animals. Excellent facilities and manned by very good personnel. Would recommend only Fantasea if you want to guarantee whale watching. We have used other cruises before but only got to see whales with Fantasea.

Fantasea Cruising for a fireworks cruise on NYE.

We joined the family on Fantasea Cruising for a fireworks cruise on NYE. The boat carried about 140 passengers so was very personal and we were pleased we chose this over one of the other boats.  Staff was pleasant & helpful.

Trip to Taronga Zoo and Back…Absolutely Great!!

Our skipper Chris was wonderful! He pointed out interesting sites and details, slowed down for photo opportunities, and gave us tips for things to see and do at the zoo! The whole experience was a pleasure and we enjoyed his great service!!

Trip to Taronga Zoo and Return

Tim, our water taxi driver for the morning run to Tooronga Zoo was exceptional. Light hearted banter whilst being very informative. He was excellent with soon to be 8 yr old son, showing him the boat’s various features and what the various buttons on the panel were for. The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 rating was our return trip (although the driver was waiting for us and on time) was a little abrupt and seemed to have a lot on his mind. When my son couldn’t alight quickly he seemed to get frustrated with him. This annoyed me as my son is on the autism spectrum and cannot be expected to simply just jump when asked. And it was only a matter of a few seconds. So not impressed.

Really Good Trip

Enjoyed a really good trip on the taxi with Steve. Even waited for us before we came out of the Zoo and we haven’t wait for any minutes.

Great Staff, Spotlessly Clean.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful. Caught the ferry to Taronga Zoo and back as a package. The ferry times are very reliable, and the staff was helpful and professional. Due to bad weather and rough seas (yes, there were waves in the harbour – big ones!) the ferry crew had some fun and the skipper caught some waves for us, turning it into a bit of an adventure instead of a smooth ride. Great way to get around.

Whale Watching and Zoo Visit

Used Darwin twice for a cruise in Sydney harbour: for a visit to the zoo (very easy, ticket for zoo included, drop off near sky rail and boat ride multiple times per day to get back to city; staff friendly; I guess similar experiences with different boat operators and I would hope that prices & services are comparable but don’t know that for sure) and whale watching (again , seen the number of boats watching the same whales, I would think that the competition between operators is fair. It was lovely to have a marine biologist on board who gave some information on the whales.
